“Price was good, hosts were superb. Only advice I give to future people booking, pack a couple water jugs. Stayed on pig island for an hour, spent two hours on a different island were we ate. Food blah, thank God the Restrooms were clean. Overall worth it, roughly 4.5 hours total, with computer to and from islands.”

“Bait and switch! Company gives all cruise line passengers priority including on the day of your reservation. Therefore, if you book well in advance like we did while staying at the Atlantis you get bumped to a different boat when they need more seats for cruisers. This company has no problem telling you that when you arrive at check in for your snorkel trip. They will also give you your money back if you don't want to go on the backup boat option. Very sad and unnecessary experience to have when on vacation. I'm surprised that Viator still works with this vendor. I would not book again.”

“The experience was not all that. Finding the location/ cabana is a hassle- it’s not an office. Then on top of all the money that you pay- all the workers are harassing and following you for tip money. One offered to drive us to the bank for cash. Willingly. Upon bringing us back, he followed us back to the cabana asking how much are we going to give him for bringing us. It was a mess.”
