So we didn’t grab any snacks or drinks (we thought these were given out on the boat) didn’t get to visit the floating bar and also never received our souvenirs. It was all extremely chaotic, disorganized and unprofessional. We were also told to be there for 11:30, but our guide didn’t show up to find us until after 12pm”
